Zimmerly Zoobles

So the last blog was sort of sad. I'm not in such a sad dark place like it sounds. Just missing home a bit and decided to eat some rocky road and cry over my keyboard for a short while. So I am in the Lucky Eagle Casino right now. We are in the middle of nowhere in Rochester, Washington. Tonight I finished 4th on the show. So far I have finished 5th, 3rd, 4th, 4th. We get to drop our lowest score for the week. So far I have a pretty solid start. Just 2 more shows to go and then we find out the comedians that will be advancing to the finals of the competition. Going into this competition my goal was to showcase well in front of the right people and hopefully advance to the semifinals. I have accomplished both of those things. So I'm happy with myself. Tomorrow we head off to Central Washington University and then Bellingham. I think I can do well at these shows but you never know who the judges are or what they will score for us. Sometimes someone crushes and doesn't finish well with the judges, you just have no way of reading them. Regardless of these small details, the competition has been a lot of fun. I have been hanging out and traveling with some Canadian comics. They are great guys and all doing well in this competition. I am finding myself traveling with Canadians quite a bit these days. Very nice guys. I hope everyone at home is enjoying themselves. I can't wait to see you guys. Hollersons.
